Remote Support Services
We can remote control your computer for some of our services, and when doing so you pay an hourly rate. Some services require in-person attention, so you’ll need to bring your computer in for a more thorough inspection. When you bring in your computer, you may be required to drop it off depending on the nature of the issue.
